Yes — our resident staff speaks Korean and English, so you can communicate freely throughout your visit.

Is free pickup available?

Yes — free pickup and drop-off within Hoi An city and An Bang Beach, and even Da Nang / South Hoi An routes. Your discount depends on the route — see the “Book direct and save” table above (10–30%).

Are shower rooms and luggage storage available?

Yes — shower rooms let you freshen up before or after your treatment, and you can store luggage with us at no extra charge.

Can couples, families and kids come?

Yes — every group gets its own private room, and we offer dedicated Kids Massage (from 480,000₫) and Prenatal Massage (from 620,000₫).

What are the opening hours and last booking times?

Open daily 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM including holidays. Last booking: 8:30 PM for 90-minute treatments, 9:00 PM for 60-minute treatments.

How do I pay?

Payment is on site: Vietnamese Dong (VND) cash, Korean Won bank transfer, or card (3% surcharge).
