You are staying in Da Nang and want a massage in Hoi An without paying for a taxi both ways. Here is exactly when our car is free, where it goes, and how to book it in two minutes.

Discounts apply to massage prices only; tips (40,000₫ / 65,000₫ / 90,000₫ for 60 / 90 / 120 minutes) are separate. Returning within a week of your first visit adds another 5%.
What a Da Nang pickup day looks like
- Default schedule: the car is timed around your massage. Example: pickup at your Da Nang hotel → about 30–45 minutes on the road depending on traffic → your treatment → straight back to Da Nang.
- Custom schedule: pickup → your own plans in Hoi An → massage → drop-off, in any order. Many guests take the car in the afternoon, walk the Ancient Town and the Night Market after the massage, and ride back in the evening.
- Pickup today, massage tomorrow is possible — tell us when you book.
- Stops on the way: under 5 minutes are free; longer stops are +100,000₫ per hour.
- Drop-off does not have to start at the spa — we can collect you from another point in Hoi An (except car-restricted zones), if you let us know one hour in advance. All Da Nang / South Hoi An drop-offs finish before 10 PM.

Where the car cannot go
- Hoi An Old Town and the Night Market are closed to cars. If you are near the Night Market, we meet you at the Pho Mai restaurant entrance; the spa itself is a 3–4 minute walk from the Old Town entrance, and the car reaches our alley entrance (1 minute on foot).
- Ba Na Hills: no pickup. We can help you book a car instead (4-seater 600,000₫ · 7-seater 700,000₫ · 16-seater 800,000₫).

- Same-day requests are possible but depend on the day's schedule — for a Da Nang pickup, booking a day ahead is safer. Enter your massage start time, not the pickup time; we work the car around it.

Is the pickup really free?
Yes. There is no transport fee for the zones above when your group meets the minimum booking; only the listed locations carry a per-way surcharge. Instead of a fee, the direct-booking discount is smaller on longer routes: 30% for walk-in, 25% within Hoi An, 20% for a Da Nang one-way and 10% for a Da Nang round trip.
Can one person get a pickup?
No — pickup and drop-off are not available for 1 guest. Solo travelers get the biggest discount (30%) by arriving on their own; the spa is a 3–4 minute walk from the Ancient Town entrance and a 1-minute walk from where taxis can stop.
Do you pick up from Hoiana and the South Hoi An resorts?
Yes — Hoiana and South Hoi An follow the Da Nang rule: 2+ guests booking 90 minutes, or 3+ guests booking 60 minutes, with drop-off before 10 PM.
Can you drop us in the Old Town instead of our hotel?
Cars cannot enter the Old Town or the Night Market. Our driver can drop you at the nearest reachable point, and the Old Town entrance is only a 3–4 minute walk from the spa anyway.
Do you pick up at Da Nang airport?
Yes, for arrivals between 09:00 and 20:00, with the same group minimums as Da Nang. Our driver waits at STAR CAFE, to the right of the arrivals gate, holding a sign with your name — give us your flight number when you book. Luggage can be stored during your treatment.
